Liaising with the client on specification, quotations and requirements. Ensure projects are controlled through design, manufacture, delivery and installation stages in full compliance with the clients order. To ensure all projects are delivered on time to client expectations within the prescribed quality, cost and time restraints. to organise fitting crews to attend clients premises for installations.

Senior Artworker
Responsible for checking customer supplied artwork meets industry standards for print ensuring
artwork fits to pre-determined templates, a high pressure position to hit deadlines for print and to
guide clients on how print ready artwork should be supplied. working closely with other artworkers,
printers and managers giving training and guidance on a daily basis. Working with the 3D design team
preparing artwork for custom manufactured exhibition stands, reading and understanding precise CAD
drawings to determine how the project should be constructed and finished with graphics.

Account / Project Manager
To Manage existing & potential clients along the process of design, brand, materials and offer our clients
the best solutions for their requirements. To process orders, bills of materials and costings for new work
coming in and to Project Manage the order to completion liaising with the client, manufacturing and fitters
to ensure a smooth delivery of work. Using my considerable knowledge of design, graphics, manufacturing
processes & materials from simple Vinyl CAD cut graphics to full scale roll outs of heavy duty signage,
lighting and graphics
2012 - 2016
Graphic Design Supervisor
Managed a team of 5 designers and my own business stream, managing design guidelines and converting in
to print ready graphics. I was the Lead Designer for ASDA external & internal site-specific stores ensuring
brand guidelines are met and smooth delivery of artwork ready for manufacture.
Brand Management Design for ASDA, EE, Tesco, Rolls Royce, TNT, TK Maxx
Internal & External Sign Design and Shop Fittings.
To Ensure Design Guidelines are met and to create Brand Books for new clients, specifying detailed
instructions for all aspects of print, manufacture and onsite requirements for fitters.
Controlling Design documents are up to date with the latest design standards and archiving obsolete
images / artwork.
Part of the Development Team responsible for the new EE Branding prior to the big launch in 2012.

Freelance Designer
Working for over a decade with blue chip clients such as British Gas, Vodafone, Ministry of Defence &
BBC to name a few, Working on all aspects of graphic communication from simple digital design to full roll
out projects to specific deadlines and costs. this time has given me experience in practically every form of
design and working with clients at a high level to boardroom level making sure the client is delighted with
service and technical expertise.

Packaging Design Manager

Produce colour mock-ups to new print designs when required, discussing and agreeing these with the sales teams or direct to customers.
Create computer aided design drawings for Graphic Design, die and forme markets, liaising with suppliers, reviewing and approving flatbed forme vinyls.
Ensure that Design Department has a complete, accurate and up to date set of design documentation iso9001 & PMS.
Ensure all training needs are met and updated with the lasted information and techniques.
